Formed in the summer of 2005, Heretic is the most recent, heaviest band from the south west. A concoction of old school riffs, thrash and tons of double bass with some modern influences adding to the technicality of the material. Currently working on their debut EP, it promises to knock you to the floor. There are four members of Heretic; Sam Wallis- guitar, Sol Cambell - Vocals, James hambly - Drums and Steve Waldron - Bass. Main influences include Metallica, Anthrax, Soulfly, Machine head, Lamb of God and Chimaira.
