About Now that Lorne Street Studios is now under new ownership and many things have changed dramatically. Extra efforts has been made to make artists feel as comfortable as possible whilst using our facilities. Many things such as a brand new look inside and out, air conditioning units in each room, and drum risers to improve acoustics are but a few to mention.

Rehearsal Room Prices:

• Room hire (ac) (INCLUDING P.A AND MICROPHONES) £6 per hour
• Basic Drum Kit (bass drum and toms) - £2 per session
• Full Kit - £4 per session
• Amp Hire - £5 per session

Vocal p.a hire also available Desk, amp speakers two mics and stands £45

There is also a shop on the premises that is stocked with guitar accessories and drum sticks. If we do not stock an item that you wish to purchase, we will order that specific item, and it will be available when you are next visiting. we also sell drinks and eats too!!

One feature that we are most proud of is the new state of the art digital recording suite. With intention to produce quality recordings for local musicians, there was no choice but to invest in quality recording software. Pro Tools is the leading program for digital recording. With endless amounts of plug-ins, a qualified recording engineer enthusiastic to help, and realistic prices it is the cheap and easy way to produce any desired sound. The recording facilities are open for anyone or anything to use. Bands, solo artistes, sound clip editing and even DJ’s are welcome to record projects with us.
