About
- Olympic Studios
London’s legendary Olympic Studios has been host to some of the greatest recording sessions in history, including albums from The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix and Led Zeppelin. As 5-times winner of Music Week’s Best Recording Studio Award it is clear that Olympic remains firmly at the heart of the London recording industry.

The Olympic Studios complex offers recording, mixing (including multichannel/5.1) together with fully equipped programming and pre-production suites. Each of these is supported by an experienced pool of in-house engineers and programmers.

Designed without compromise to ensure technical excellence, optimum privacy and comfort for clients, revolutionary studio designer Sam Toyoshima has created spacious, practical and inspiring control rooms and recording spaces. Each studio has its own separate lounge which, together with our restaurant, garden and tennis court/5-aside football pitch provide much required R&R.

Studio One

Studio One
The control room is ideal for mixing as well as recording on the 80 channel SSL XL 9000K console with a Genelec 5.1 monitoring system which enables us to satisfy the increase in demand for surround sound projects.

The large live area can accommodate a 50-piece orchestra. For flexibility, the room's acoustic properties can be tailored for each session by raising/lowering the ceiling baffles or by altering the wall panels. Two isolation booths add further recording options. Our technical staff and engineers are on hand to ensure that your session is set up as you require. A Steinway Concert Grand Piano is available for use in the room.
