The origins of the company were founded in 1987 as Furlong Training & Services Ltd in Hull, and initially sold and hired overhead projectors and flipchart easels. Through success and progress the Company has developed into a closely associated four divisional company:

Audio Visual:

With associations with Sony, Sanyo, Smartboard and Promethean Tega Audio Visual is rapidly getting a name for itself as a major supplier to the Educational and Corporate Markets. Our expertise can guide you from the supply of a Data Projector to a Fully Automated Lecture Theatre or Boardroom.

Staging, Sound & Lighting:

This division is closely associated with both the Audio visual and the Staging, Sound & Lighting Divisions. We have built up a huge stock of Projectors from 1500 lumens to 10000 Lumens, all sizes of Projector Screens, Plasma Screens, Sound & Lighting Equipment, Conference Sets and many other products. With a dedicated hire team we can deliver, install and collect at any time of the day or week.

Installation:

We now have a base of skilled and qualified installation engineers with expertise in Electronics, Rigging, Electrical Works and Fixings. Our guys have installed numerous rooms with Projectors and Interactive boards, Drama Stages and even award Winning Nightclubs for Lighting and Sound.

• The stages can be built on any terrain, in any location to suit your requirements.
• Our hire stages can be fully branded maximising your promotion and sponsorship opportunities.
• We supply Risk Assessments and Health & Safety documentation with all our hire stages.
• At Tega we have an experienced team of Technicians and Engineers which will ensure the stage is erected and then derigged safely and effieciently.
• To supplement our stage hires we have a variety of ramps, platforms and access solutions together with crowd control barriers and fencing for hire.

Tega offer a wide selection of stages for outdoor use. Our most popular stage sizes are detailed below but we will endeavour to accommodate any request.

The Presenter Stage is extremely versatile as it provides a covered platform for a range of small events. Size is not a problem as the stage can be erected in locations of limited space.

The Event Stage is ideal for adding the “big event” feeling to smaller events. The stage can provide a focal point for events that attract crowds of up to 2,000 and is especially suitable for roadshows or short events.

The Concert Stage is the big stage for hire at big events, ideally suited for Orchestral Concerts, Bands and Festivals. The Concert Stage can be used in Stadiums & Arenas and can be built on any terrain.The Libera System allows the stage to be built to 16m x 12m with a roof height of 10m.
